Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to challenge someone’s behaviour – but you didn’t know how to do it or what to say?

You are invited to attend a short online Active Bystander training session which will aim to help you challenge poor behaviours in the workplace, which may have become normalised over time. The session will include self-coaching techniques to help you keep a cool head when you’re faced with a challenging situation and assertive language devices which you can use to make sure your voice is heard if you want to raise a concern.

We hope that by working together we can create a safe and supportive working environments and urge everyone to attend this important webinar.

Key learning points:

• Gain a deeper understanding on what it means to be an active bystander.
• Discover tools to be able to identify and challenge inappropriate behaviours in the workplace.
• Learn tips and strategies on how to respond if they suspect another person at work is being harassed, bullied, or discriminated against.
• Discover assertiveness techniques that are needed to have the confidence to speak out and challenge behaviours directly whilst overcoming any self-doubt.
