We heard from Dr George Webster, Consultant Gastroenterologist on ergonomic strategies for endoscopy, and Dr Keith Siau, Consultant Gastroenterologist on the ERGONOMICS framework.

We were also joined by Fran Ives, a Human Factors Specialist from the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network, who spoke about how we reduce the chances of an injury, individually and as organisational leaders and what people should do if they suspect they are suffering musculoskeletal problems related to work.
