The BSG Education Committee is looking for two enthusiastic BSG Trainee members to join the BSG Web Education Editorial team as Online Associate Editors.   

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills as a reviewer and editor. You will work closely with Dr Roisin Bevan, Deputy Chair of Education, and Web Education Online Editor and Team Lead, together with another member of the editorial team and a Web Education Online Deputy Editor. The BSG aims to expand its web education portal with clinical articles, podcasts, video content and professional development articles.

The web editors curate new content and sections and provide peer review for invited articles and video content.

• You should have a passion for education, and a willingness to work as a member of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills, a strong publication record, experience with the peer review process, and editorial activities with gastroenterology journals are desirable.

You must be a BSG member in order to apply. Application should be via a covering letter - stating your intentions for applying and providing a brief summary of how you fit the job description. This should be accompanied by a 2-3 page CV including a publication list.  The Position will be for a fixed period of 2 years. Selection will be by an interview.  

The closing date is Monday 18th March.

Interviews will take place on Friday 12th April at 2:00 - 4:00pm.
